Privacy notice

This site helps Parker and Sasha plan their wedding. When RSVPs open, invited names, attendance, meal choices, and optional dietary or accessibility information are used to make arrangements. Dietary and accessibility notes are visible only to the administrators, though invitation group members can replace them through the name-based RSVP process.

Name lookup does not verify identity. Someone who knows an invited name may access and modify that invitation group’s response. No RSVP email or mailing address is collected.

Contributions, when available, are processed by Stripe. Receipt email addresses and payment records are separate from RSVPs. Contributor details are private; card details are handled by Stripe.

Guest records remain until the couple archives or deletes them. General administrator activity logs are retained for 365 days. Once configured, encrypted backup copies are intended to expire after 90 days; deleted information may remain in backups until expiry.
