Wedding Day
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at 3:00 PM on Friday, 23 April 2027. The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM.
Where are we celebrating?
Olympic View Golf Club, 643 Latoria Road, Victoria, British Columbia, V9C 3A3, Canada. The ceremony and reception are at the same venue.
Will the ceremony be outdoors?
The ceremony is planned outdoors, weather permitting, with an indoor backup.
Are children invited?
Only children specifically named on invitations may attend.
May I take photographs?
Please put phones and cameras away for our unplugged ceremony. Photos and videos are welcome at the reception.

Dress Code
What should I wear?
Elevated cocktail attire: polished evening attire, elegant dresses, tailored suits and elevated separates. Tuxedos are not required.
RSVPs
May I bring a guest?
Plus ones are available only to specifically invited guests with a plus-one entitlement.
How do I RSVP?
Once RSVPs open, enter your first and last name on the RSVP page. One person can respond for their invitation group.
When is the RSVP deadline?
19 March 2027, inclusive, in Victoria time. For late changes, contact parkersashawedding@gmail.com.
Can I change my response?
You can revise your response until the end of 19 March 2027, Victoria time.
Travel
Is parking available?
Free guest parking, including overnight parking, is available. Accessible parking spaces are available.
Is transport provided?
Guests arrange their own transport to and from the venue.
